There are many different ways to roast garlic. Some peel a
portion of the outside and cook it in the skin, while this
method is very simple and is
easier to turn into a paste after it is cooked. |

Pre heat the oven to 350 degrees. Peel the garlic completely
and cut the core off. Spray a piece of tin foil with cooking
spray and place the garlic in the foil and wrap. Cook in the
oven for 20-30 minutes (depending on the size) and remove. You
cook it till it has a brownish color and is soft in texture.
Place on a cutting board and with the side of the knife mash
the garlic into a paste. |
