Spread a
cup of rice on a sheet of nori, leaving about an inch on each
side. Do not pack the rice down; rolling will take care of
that. The rice should be about a 1/4 inch thick (you should
see nori through the rice). Place the avocado on top of the
rice first. Add the crab meat lengthwise on top of the
avocado. Place the cucumber on top of the crab meat and roll.
Refrigerate for a half hour so it can set. Slice into pieces
and serve. |
