Cut the steaks into strips. Combine thyme, garlic and pepper;
press evenly onto beef steaks. Heat the oil in sauté pan over
medium-high heat until hot. Add 1/2 of beef; stir-fry to 3
minutes or until outside surface of beef is no longer pink.
During last 2 minutes of cooking, sprinkle with cheese. Season
with salt, place on a wrap and roll. |
